The Booking Process
Once the date and package you would like for your event has been agreed we will kindly require a £50 deposit for soft play and £100 if booking the bubble house to confirm the booking as outlined below.
This deposit will serve to hold the date of your event and will also be retained to cover any potential damage to the equipment. Rest assured, if all items are returned in their original condition, the deposit will be refunded after the event.
Full payment is required seven days prior to the event date. This ensures that we can prepare everything needed for a smooth and enjoyable experience for your event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these payment terms, allowing us to deliver the best service possible for your upcoming event.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling
We kindly ask that any rescheduling requests be made at least 7 days before your event date. Unfortunately, changes made after this time will require full payment.
Cancellation
We understand plans can change! Please cancel at least 30 days before your event for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the deposit, and those made within 7 days will require full payment (your security deposit will still be refunded).
