Delivery & Collection
Delivery & collection is free within 15 miles of WA16. Any location beyond that is charged at a rate of £1 per additional mile.
- Drop off is between 9am - 10am
- Collection is between 4pm - 5pm
If you require specific times this can be arranged for an additional charge of £15.
Setting Up
Please allow 45 - 60 minutes for set up and collection if booking the Soft Play or Bubble House on their own. If booking both as a package we will require 1 hour but more time is always benefitial to set up and 1 hour for collection.
We ask that there is suitable parking and access provided to get into the venue, with any obstacles or furniture moved so we are able to set up promptly.
We ask for all balls to be bagged up, ready for collection.
Outside Set Up
Soft play can be hired for use outside between the months of May to August.
Hire planned for set up outside, will require a back up indoor venue to be available in the event of rain, wet, damp & windy conditions as we are unable to set up in these conditions. We can refuse to set up if an indoor location isn't available.
We want to keep everyone safe & prevent damage to the equipment.
